Holiday Shipping & Delivery
To be included in the Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates above, orders must be placed by Noon EST to arrive by 12/24 with standard shipping. Our standard shipping anywhere in the United States is UPS Ground. Ground orders placed before 5:00 pm EST Sunday - Thursday will ship out the following day, ground orders placed on Friday and Saturday will ship out the following Monday. For the holidays we open up Express Shipping Options via UPS. Express orders placed before noon EST Monday - Friday will ship same day, express orders placed over the weekend will ship out on the following Monday. Most orders going to the contiguous United States via ground shipping arrive within 5 business days.

Brooklyn Brew Shop is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you have a PO Box, APO, or FPO address, we will ship your order via USPS, please allow for extra delivery time. After the first delivery attempt, we are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable and the package or its contents are lost or damaged after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical difficulties.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally from our website. International orders ship via USPS International and typically take 7 - 10 business days to arrive in the destination country. We are not responsible for further delays due to customs clearances. Privacy & Security
We do not share customer information with any other parties. Your personal information is only used for the purchase and shipping of your order. Online purchases are kept confidential and emails are only added to our newsletter list if you choose to opt in.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not happy with your order you may return the products in their original condition and packaging for a refund. This return policy does not apply to any custom orders. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be in perfect condition.

To make a return or exchange, email us at orders@brooklynbrewshop.com within 3 days of receipt and specify your reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the address you should ship it to. Please pack the item with care, include the RMA. Return shipment must be postmarked no later than 10 days after the receipt of item. Unless the item is damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping cost back to Brooklyn Brew Shop. Failure to adhere to any of these conditions will result in a 15% restocking fee.

We recommend inspecting your purchase immediately. If an item is incorrect, flawed, or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will be glad to send out a replacement. We take care in packaging our orders but the items are fragile and on occasion are mishandled in delivery. If your package arrives with apparent damage to the box and goods inside, or if the jug is shattered please send us a photo and we will replace the entire order. If a single part is damaged please email us at orders@brooklynbrewshop.com and we will send out a replacement.
Taxes
Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State (8.875%). Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
