Our Kits:
Designed with what we think is the typical New York apartment in mind, our kits take up less than 1 sq. foot when in use and are made of attractive glass because making something delicious should be something you can be proud of, not something you need to hide.

Our 1 Gallon Kit with Capper and Caps means you can now save and cap any non-screwtop bottle you might have hanging around because you should probably be drinking while you're brewing.
Note: In order to keep prices low, we assume you own three items commonly found in kitchens:

Gingerbread Ale

Adapted from our favorite gingerbread recipe, mix includes candied ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and a cinnamon stick to ensure you're fridge is stocked with bottles of Christmas.
