The first ever easy-to-master sour ale kit, Stillwater Artisanal's Gose Gone Wild is a classically sour German wheat ale that's dry-hopped as if it were hosting a dance party on Mars. Bright and citrusy West Coast hops combined with a truly cutting-edge kettle souring method means your next batch will be refreshingly funky, complex and unlike any beer you’ve made before.
Made in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal Ales, we scaled down the recipe so that you can recreate the kettle-soured and dry-hopped Gose Gone Wild in your own kitchen.

Super-funky, sour and dry-hopped with big West Coast American hops, Gose Gone Wild is both easy-drinking and deeply complex. The kit comes with lactobaccillus. It's the same stuff that makes yogurt, cheese, pickles and most other fermented foods so tasty. Whether you're in a brewery or at home, lactobacillus (lacto for short) is how you achieve sourness. Just add it to your beer on brewday, let it culture, then bring it to a boil.
