RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you are not happy with your order you may return the products in their original condition and packaging for a refund. This return policy does not apply to any custom orders. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be in perfect condition.
To make a return or exchange, email us at info@brooklynbrewshop.com within 3 days of receipt and specify your reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label for to affix to your return your order. Cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please pack the item with care, and hand off to the selected carrier.
We recommend inspecting your purchase immediately. If an item is incorrect, flawed, or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will be glad to send out a replacement. We take great care in packaging our orders, but items are sometimes fragile and can sometimes be mishandled in delivery. If your package arrives with apparent damage to the box and goods inside, or if the jug is shattered please send us a photo and we will replace the entire order. If a single part is damaged please email us at info@brooklynbrewshop.com and we will send out a replacement. We're make sure you have everything you ordered safe and sound.
