GrowlerWerks
1 Gallon UKeg

Want to skip bottling and cut 2 weeks off brewing? Yeah? Read on.

This is the small batch keg we've dreamt of for years. It's solid. It's stainless steel. It's handsome. But what we love is that we can completely skip bottling and easily condition our beer right inside of it. And that means finished homemade beer carbonates in 2 days rather than 2 weeks.

This mini keg is compact and fits easily in your fridge. And it not only makes brewing easier and faster. It also makes it easier to enjoy your beer (or cider or wine). Want some beer with dinner? No problem. Walk over to your fridge and simply pull a pint.

Features:
  • Perfect Companion to our Beer Making Kit – 1 Gallon capacity holds equivalent of 10 beers.
  • Simple Carbonation – Pressurize up to 15 psi for ideal carbonation.
  • Solid Build – Double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel.
  • Pressure Gauge – Easily displays pressure inside the growler.
  • Sight Glass – shows contents of uKeg and how much remains.
  • Interchangeable Tap Handle – If you like making custom labels for your beer bottles, you'll love making custom handles for your keg.
  • CO2 Cartridge – 2 Cartridges included. Refills available here.

No More Bottling. Just Easy-to-Enjoy Homemade Beer on Tap.

We stand solidly behind this uKeg from the Portland-based engineer and design company, GrowlerWerks. The durable, double-wall insulated stainless steel mini keg keeps your beer fresh for weeks (in the unlikely scenario you didn't drink it all first).

Beyond storing your beer, the uKeg also has a whole heap of other features we love. The easy-to-read pressure gauge means you can consistently control your perfect pour from the dispenser tap and easily adjust as needed. You set your own carbonation with the VPR pressurization cap and CO2 cartridge (2 included), ensuring peak fizz in each pint. The growler even features a handy sight glass on the side panel to show you just how much Everyday IPA or Afternoon Wheat you have left.
