Recipe: Lambic Sangria

Sangria is a fantastic and refreshing warm weather drink with only one problem - there's no beer in it! But we fix that with our peach and tequila infused lambic sangria. We used Lindeman's Peche for our sangria which gives a super peachy flavor, but we also tested the same recipe with a raspberry lambic as the base and it turned out just as delicious. So go ahead and experiment a bit to see what flavor you like best!

What You Need

  • 750 ml sweet lambic (such as Lindeman's Peche)
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce cointreau
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 peaches (or other stone fruit), pitted and chopped

What You Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher with ice. Stir. Enjoy.
